Mobile windscreen repair and replacement in Neath and Port Talbot

We repair chips and replace windscreens at your home or workplace across Neath, the Vale of Neath and the whole of Port Talbot – from the town centre, Taibach and Margam to Aberavon, Sandfields and Baglan.

South Wales Windscreens covers the SA10, SA11, SA12 and SA13 postcode districts: Neath and the Vale of Neath, Skewen and Briton Ferry, and all of Port Talbot, including the town centre, Taibach, Margam, Aberavon, Sandfields, Baglan and Cwmafan. Margam is about 40 minutes from our base near Penarth along the M4, Port Talbot town centre about 45 minutes and Neath about 50 minutes. There’s no call-out charge.

Port Talbot town centre, Taibach and Margam

We cover the whole of Port Talbot. In SA13 that means the town centre around Station Road, Taibach, Margam and the roads around Margam Country Park, plus the streets and business premises around the steelworks. If your car is parked at work, we can carry out the job there, as long as it’s somewhere we’re allowed to work on it. If you’re on a site with its own rules, check first and let us know when you book.

Aberavon, Sandfields, Baglan and the Afan Valley

On the SA12 side we cover Aberavon and the seafront along Aberavon Beach, Sandfields, Baglan and Baglan Energy Park, and up the Afan Valley to Cwmafan and Pontrhydyfen. If you work at Neath Port Talbot Hospital on Baglan Way, we can do the job in the car park while you’re on shift, provided the car is somewhere we’re allowed to work on it.

Neath and the Vale of Neath

In Neath we cover the town centre, the streets around the Gnoll Estate and Victoria Gardens, Cimla and Tonna, and out to Skewen, Bryncoch, Cadoxton and Neath Abbey. Up the Vale of Neath, the A465 takes us past Aberdulais to Resolven and Glynneath, and we cover Crynant and Seven Sisters in the Dulais Valley too. Llandarcy, Coed Darcy and Jersey Marine, near junctions 42 and 43, are all SA10.

M4, A465 and A48 drivers

The M4 runs right through Port Talbot, from junction 38 at Margam past the town centre and Baglan, then over the river at Briton Ferry to junction 43. Add the A465 up the Vale of Neath and the A48 through the town, and there’s a lot of fast traffic throwing up stones. That causes most of the chips we see. Chips up to the size of a £1 coin can usually be repaired, typically in around 20 minutes. Anything larger, or a chip that has already spread into a crack, needs a windscreen replacement.
